2.Ireckon

3.Inmyopinion(4)Inmyview

TheseexPssionsaremoreformalandareoftenusedwhentalkingabout importantissues：

Inmyopinion,theBankofEnglandshouldnotraiseinterestratesthis year.

这两个表达更加正式，并且通常在谈论重要问题时使用：

当你已经仔细考虑过一种情形时，你可以使用两种表达中任意一种：

Ifyouaskme,shehasspoiltherchildrenfartoomuch.

当你的意见带有批评性质的时候使用这种表达。有时，人们甚至会在没有被询问意见的时候使用这个短语!-“依我看…”“但是我没有问你…”!

8.Tobehonest(9)Totellyouthetruth(10)Tobefrank：

11.Franklyspeaking

这是一种更亲近和直率的表达意见的方式：

12.Personally
